It's 3 AM

I have just realized out of boredom that I can access my blog from work. This is either good or very bad, because I will write a bunch of stuff nobody cares about and people might get pissed and stop visiting my blog hahaha.
For those who don't know I work at ARUP, a graves shift. Its become way LAME and I am switching to days in about 2 weeks. I am the only one here for 3 labs. Endocrinology, Special Chemistry & Electrophoresis. One would think I could stay busy working for 3 labs, close but no cigar. Out of my 10 hour shift... I work for about 4 hours of it. I have become an expert time waster!! They got a new computer program which simplifed my job 100 fold. Which is nice, but not. Dayside will be sweet because all my friends (well the ones who have not deserted me completely!!) work days. My shift is 430am-300pm. It will so nice getting off so early and sleeping at night. Although rising at 345am isn't going to be sugar and pie. I will be happy to have my life return to some sense of normalcy! I will still be working 7/7. Having a week off every other week is SWEET!!! Maybe I should start taking advantage of this and travel.....
Zach is so competitive lately and everything is a competition. Much to my demise his dad is a BYU fan.... ughhh.... and has brainwashed my innocent son, who runs around saying him and the cougars are winning. And that the Utes are "Blahhhhh!" with his tongue out. I am working on this new development. Im not a huge sports-o anyway. But BYU?? I think Nawt!!

On a sidenote. Zach threw thee biggest tantrum during this program, When Miss Lesa told the kids to hand their candycanes to their mom and Trisha (his step mom) jumped up to grab it from him. He was not crying because he wanted to give it to me.... he was crying because he wanted to give it to grandma lol.... and Trisha needs to mind her manners, She oversteps her bounds ALL THE TIME!
But the program was really cute, and zach later was singing "Teach me to walk in the light" (the church song) But he changed the words "Teach me to walk in the gas of his love!!!" What the hell??? the gas of his love....LMAO. he said his primary teacher taught him the song... i doubt that hahahaha.

White Bean Chicken Chili

This recipe is the shit. I just tried it a few days ago and it was so easy! I cooked the chicken then put everything else in the crock pot for 3 hours. and took a nap! haha.

2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 pound diced, cooked chicken meat
1 onion, chopped (I didn't use a whole onion)
1 (14.5 ounce) can chicken broth
1 (16 ounce) can diced tomatoes
1 (7 ounce) can diced green chiles
1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
1 (15 ounce) can white beans
1 can black beans
1 can corn
salt to taste
pepper to taste
tortilla chips, sour cream on top.
1 lime, squeeze juice into soup

Try it. you know you want to! although, I dont know why im so domesticated right now. I guess its good. My son is 3 afterall. lol

2009?!?!?!!

So this new year I was at work. I was workin away and some random person walked by my isle and said "OH HEY, HAPPY NEW YEAR!!" I looked at the clock and it was 12:01. LOL... WoW Im lame!!! But its really weird because I totally didn't even care. I think the older you get the more you realize the important things. Working on new years wasn't that big of a deal... However 5 years ago, It would have been! I used to complain about being scheduled on Saturday's. haha.
I realized I have now been in this apartment for 2 years. When I first moved here Zach was in a crib and not able to get out of it. And when he climbed up the stairs it made me nervous. He is now in SCHOOL. He said this to me the other day.. "Mama, Z.. A...C...H. That is how you spell my name. Did you know that??" :) he's so smart. I love it! Time is flying by so quickly! And actually everything is going fairly smoothly considering everything that has happened. I am moving out of here in 3 months, and can't wait to get a bigger place... a kitchen table and some windows... When I got divorced a whole bunch of shit happened... seemed like a string of bad luck. But 07 was great, and 08 was even better...... SO here's to 09! :)

Zach made this gingerbread house at school, it is so cute. I just loved it. He did a way good job...

We took Zach Bowling.......He had been before with his Dad and loved it!! Um Pretty sure because of my hand not being back up to "full mass" hahaha.... I sucked!! I suck anyway. But this was BADDD. Zach Beat me... 63. 61. LOL

I forgot to think of a clever title here....

This is just something that I find myself laughing hysterically over. & thought someone else might like to laugh too. My X... forgets everything. It always seems convenient for him that he just "forgot". It bugs me soooo badly. After we split we decided we would for now, get gifts for each other at appropriate holidays from Zach. So last Xmas I spent $40 on something for him because I couldn't find anything cheaper that he would like. On Xmas he said "ohhhhh, i forgot your present at home. Ill get it to you." UH huh. Well a year later, he still hasn't gotten it to me. LOL. So this year he "forgot" my birthday and didn't even say happy birthday to me... I realize the fact that we are divorced... But I am in his life in a big way because of Zach so I just think he is an ass. I still told him Happy Birthday 4 months after mine had passed, and when I did he said "Ohh, I missed yours huh. I forgot, im sorry!" So, the point of the blog... I said to him the other day "Um, Since were obviously not doing gifts for each other... Dont get me anything for Xmas, I wasn't plannin on getting you anything after I did last year, and you never gave me anything..." his response "WHAT??? I gave you something didn't I?" ..."No, you said you forgot it at home, and it must still be there..!!!" ..."Ohhh yea I did forget that. It must still be at my house." LOL...... Really???? Is he serious??? lol, wouldn't you most commonly put gifts under your christmas tree that you took down last January??? hahahahaha. I didn't say anything else, Because since he FORGOT its ok. LOL

Every year he asks me "is Zach's Bday on the 7th or the 8th, I forgot!" Well I forgot to stay married to an a-hole.

oh for the love.....

YES it does!! And I hate this expression because its true. After saving a ton of my tax money I was sittin pretty for most of this year. I had some issues, and i've blogged about some of them.... ie: broken hand, douche bag men... Seems like when I have money everything else doesn't bother me. But the opposite is the opposite. I dont have money right now... So everything is bothering me. My lame ins. denied all claims on my hand and I've been calling and harrassing them, my claim is pending again right now :( On top of that all my Christmas shoppin has to be last minute cuz I need to wait for my next paycheck that I get 4 days before xmas........On my on week where i will be working graves and trying to get up early enough to be productive! Then today, I got pulled over by a cop going 50 in a 40. IS HE SERIOUS??? I was speeding cuz Zach was late for school. Needless to say, he was Late all right. I am hella stressed!! Im gonna be pullin my hair out soon if something doesn't give. Also, Zach's tuition is due (its not a lot.. but still I could use that money on xmas!) and its Jake's month to pay it. He conveniently "forgot" to do so, on tues... so now I have to do it today! Are you kidding??? I loved it about 8 months ago... I told this guy I was seeing at the time..."I don't have one thing to complain about. Everything is great!!" HAHHAhhahaha...... hahahaha. hahaha. haha. Maybe It will be like that again after taxes next year! heres to hoping!
